She not only relaxed my body and mind, but also rejuvenated my spirit with her nurturing bedside manner. I’ve never considered myself a massage person because my mind would wander and my body would still be tense. Leslie made me a believer in just one session. I now see how holistically healing massage can be when you’re in the right hands. She’s that talented, genuine, and emotionally intelligent! I had a deep tissue massage with Leslie and it was truly the best. I suffer from chronic back and neck pain, and in one hour, she made me feel better that I have in years! She was able to pinpoint all of my knots immediately and was amazing at working them out. I will definitely be returning to her for regular massages, and I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a wonderful deep tissue massage!!

The owner is sooo nice! They have so many services that they offer and the place is always so clean! 11/10 would recommend! Matt the massage therapist gave one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The space is so welcoming and cozy. All of the staff were so nice and patient. They had cucumber water upon arriving and a beautiful waiting area. They have an ATM as they don’t accept Venmo tips only cash since there is a service fee added to online banking services. They have such a wide selection of items in the store and pretty reasonable prices.

I've been getting deep tissue massage from Leslie R for a little over a year. I initially started to see her in order to address residual pain from an old injury. That first session was so effective, I decided to start seeing her regularly. Leslie R is a healer -- she's highly skilled and very intuitive. I have experienced considerable loss in the past few years and I truly believe that Leslie has helped me through it....I started getting custom facials with Olga about 18 months ago -- she's also incredible. I've literally been stopped on the street (multiple times, by strangers!) so they can compliment my skin. She's so professional and really makes the experience enjoyable. Thanks Olga! I feel incredibly fortunate that I am able to see both Olga and Leslie R on a regular basis.

Evolve Wellness Spa is an amazing spa tucked away in the heart of Shadyside. The entire staff at Evolve Wellness Spa are all very attentive to creating a calm environment within the spa as well as making sure the client is comfortable and receiving the best treatment. The spa itself is tucked away in a three-story house on S. Highland Ave next to Millie’s Ice Cream. Despite being on a busy street in Shadyside, you don’t hear the traffic at all while inside. The rooms can be small but each small room is comfortable, and I’ve never felt claustrophobic anywhere in the spa. I enjoy spending some time at the spa in the morning, and then taking myself out for food after. It makes for a great self-care day! I have received waxing services, massages, and facials at Evolve and have never left disappointed. Each time I visit, I leave feeling calm, confident, and beautiful! When I have the time and money, I love booking a Package to get a few treatments to give myself an excuse to spend a few hours at the spa. Evolve has a few signature packages as well as usually having some seasonal packages available. There are also seasonal facials that are fun!
